Curbside Pickup

Families are invited to pick up their children’s materials during the following windows. Please note, in order to stay organized  and serve over 700 families, we have divided up the times amongst grade levels:

Saturday, May 16:

• 10:00-12:00PM 6th Grade
• 12:00-2:00PM 7th Grade

Monday, May 18:

• 10:00-12:00PM  6th Grade

• 12:00-2:00PM 7th Grade

Tuesday, May 19:

• 10:00-2:00PM 8th Grade

Wednesday, May 20:

• 4:00-7:00PM 6th-8th Grade

Families should drive to school. Walk-up distribution is not available at this time. As families approach the school during these pick-up times, we will have the front driveway divided into two lanes. As you pull in, please display a sign in your car window with the following information for EVERY student:

• Student first and last name

• Grade level

For your safety and the safety of our staff, families shall NOT get out of their car when they arrive at school. Staff members will bring student items out to the car and place items directly in the trunk.

Curbside return of library books and 8th grade Chromebooks

If your child has books checked out from the school library that need to be returned, please place these items in your trunk before leaving your home. Staff members will collect these items from your trunk when you arrive at school. In addition, we have a large, orange library book return box placed outside of the school for school library book return at your convenience.

WE ARE NOT COLLECTING CHROMEBOOKS AT THIS TIME. 6th and 7th grade students are keeping their Chromebooks for the summer and we will have a separate Chromebook drop off for 8th grade students after the last day of school.

A reminder to 8th grade parents:

During curbside pick-up of locker materials, you will also get your child’s yard sign and graduation gown.  If you don’t come for your child’s belongings during the scheduled curbside pick-up time, your child’s yard sign and gown will be distributed during Chromebook return after the last day of school. Unless you let us know beforehand, and to keep everyone safe, we are going to assume that you are choosing to keep their child’s gown. If you do not want the gown, please email Cristina Flores (cristina.flores@ccsd21.org) for a refund.
