Thanks to the over 100 families who have already completed the “Increased in-person instruction” parent survey. We appreciate your input as the District considers ways we might increase in-person learning time this school year in the most healthy and safe way possible.
If you have not yet completed the survey, please be sure to do as soon as possible. The deadline to complete the survey is the end of the day Tuesday, February 16. If your responses are the same and apply for all of your children, please submit this survey one time. If your responses are different for one child than another, you are welcome to submit separate responses.
Families will need to activate their ParentSquare account (or sign in if already activated) to complete the survey. Go to parentsquare.com/signin. You will sign up (or sign in) with the contact information we have on file for you — the email address or phone number where you have received this message.
If you do not have access to a computer, feel free to come into the front office at Holmes between the hours of 7:45AM-3:30PM to complete the survey here, using one of our computers or on paper. Families can also email their responses to [email protected].
